Urinal deodorisers are blocks placed in urinals to reduce odours. Preferably, these deodorisers should be eliminated altogether through more frequent cleaning and other methods of deodorising (eliminating the source of the odour is best).
However, if urinal deodorizers are still required, preference should be given to those with the safest ingredients:
- Preferable ingredients: surfactants containing terms such as lauryl, amides, glycosides.
- If possible, avoid purchasing products containing nonylphenol ethoxylates, paradichlorobenzene.
